Meet the Seer & Curandera

Toci Xóchitl Lima

"The bones speak, the threads whisper, and the spirits remember. If you seek answers, guidance, or healing, the path is open

I am Toci Xóchitl—seer, curandera. I come from a long ancestral line of curanderas and practitioners of Mexican Folk Medicine, with roots deeply woven into the land and spirit. My work is guided by the Don, a gift of sight that allows me to move between the physical and spiritual realms, and see what is often hidden beneath the surface.

Throughout my life, I have been shaped by mentors, spirits, intense study. Each teacher, both human and divine, has helped me strengthen my gifts—especially my vision, energy work, and communication with the unseen. I have spent over 20 years developing my practice, always returning to the land and the spirits that walk with me.

I specialize in spirit communication, with a focus on animal and land spirits, soul retrieval, and energy healing. Much of my work involves sacred animal shapeshifting, a practice that allows me to track lost pieces of the soul and guide them home. These rituals are deeply rooted in ancestral medicine and shaped by my intimate relationship with the Earth.

I am Two-Spirit and use all pronouns. My gender fluidity is not just identity—it is a sacred balance, a spiritual force that flows through masculine, feminine, and androgynous forms. It shapes how I heal, how I see, and how I exist as a vessel for spirit. I was born and raised in New Mexico, where I maintain a powerful connection to the land, the bones, and the ancestors buried in its soil.

I am a devoted follower of La Virgen de Guadalupe and La Santísima Muerte, whom I venerate through their Aztec roots, and I regularly call upon the Teotl—sacred forces such as Huitzilopochtli, Tonantzin, Coatlicue, and others—within my healing rituals and soul retrieval work.

I was once known as Adriko Mazatl, but through a profound spiritual death and transformation, I was given the name Toci Xóchitl, meaning “Great Mother Flower.” This name is sacred to me. Toci is also the name of the Great Earth Mother, one of the oldest Teotl. Carrying her name is an honor I hold close, and I walk gently with the land spirits, keeping my connection to her alive through every thread I weave, every life I help guide back to balance.
